Design, development and administration of the library are done primarily as a volunteer effort to the community by Carter McNamara, MBA, PhD, of Authenticity Consulting, LLC. Carter conceived, developed and maintains the Library, including planning and implementing upgrades, making major modifications, adding miscellaneous links, fixing broken links, answering inquiries about the Library, etc.
